With versions for 24 different languages, the Play MPE(R) system is the global standard for labels to distribute new pre-release music to trusted recipients including radio, music reviewers, VIP’s, DJ’s, buyers, etc. securely through the internet before it is made available for sale. The system features the ability for labels to encode their own releases and manage their own recipient lists while ensuring that content will only play on computers that are authorized. Copies are watermarked using proprietary Destiny technology, making it possible for labels to trace illegal leaks back to the original recipient.
The private Play MPE(R) network currently has 31,500 industry professionals from six continents registered to receive exclusive content from over 1,000 record labels. 158,000 tracks are available for high speed download in superior HD audio and recipients are able to download broadcast quality music videos, album cover artwork, promotional information and meta data, which can be exported seamlessly into radio automation systems. iPhone and iPod Touch users can seamlessly export into their iTunes library.
