SPOOFEM.COM announced today the launch of their new mobile web-based application titled, mSPOOFEM. The new application will allow users to spoof individuals through texts, caller ID, and emails. mSPOOFEM can be downloaded free directly from the iPhone, iTouch, or iPad designed by Apple by typing www.spoofem.com/mspoofem in their web browser. Users who currently have a SPOOFEM.COM account can also take advantage of the voice changing and call recording features the company has to offer.

SPOOFEM.COM, along with their competitors cannot have their mobile applications in Apple’s App store. “This application is a powerful tool,” says Gregory Evans, Founder and Chairman of SPOOFEM.COM. “When we learned Apple would not accept caller ID spoofing apps, we adjusted instead of giving up and designed a web-based application for our consumer to use.”

mSPOOFEM will benefit private investigators, law enforcement officials, bounty hunters, credit card companies, the everyday consumer, and those who chose to remain anonymous when making outgoing phone calls, emails, or text messages.

“We are happy to announce this new application to our customers,” says Senior Web Developer, Essex Igyan. “mSPOOFEM allows our customers to utilize our service on the Apple Platform. Cuppertino, CA – The Apple iPhone has long been the hot mobile device of the stars, including such big names as Sandra Bullock, Jennifer Aniston, Zac Efron and even the young Taylor Swift, so it’s no surprise that this year’s coveted Academy Awards SWAG bags include a little iPhone fun as well. The App is called “OMG Texting Dictionary” and is the perfect companion App to the new book Read Between the Lines by author Shawn Marie Edgington. This is the first time a mobile App has been part of the Academy Awards SWAG.

Read Between the Lines: A Humorous Guide to Texting with Simplicity and Style, is a take on the pop-culture and text lingo that has sprung up everywhere around the practice of text messaging and tweeting. Thinking about sexting? Take a look at chapter 3 before sending that message. Want to know what “*$s” means? A helpful SMS acronym translator is included. The iPhone application gives you quick access to all the information you need to be considered “hip” in a world of CUL8R’s and ROTFL’s.

“It was an honor to be chosen to be included in this years Oscar SWAG bags” said Edgington, a successful female CEO and President of Granite Insurance Brokers. “Suddenly friends I haven’t talked to in ages are all coming out of the woodwork and volunteering to help hand out RBTL at the SWAG event down in Los Angeles!” Shawn’s 17 year-old daughter and semi-professional texter Nicole will be her assistant during the show event (mostly because she’s dying to meet Miley Cyrus), along with a photographer and a few “select” close friends.

OMG Text Dictionary was developed and designed by Clever Twist, a popular mobile development shop out of Atlanta, Georgia. The App can be found in the social media section of iTunes and the

Regardless of what it was designed for and despite all it’s limitations, I expect the iPad to be the best thing to happen for Desktop Virtualization in 2010.

No it’s not always the best Thin Client but as a sales, marketing and awareness enabler it won’t be beat, here’s why: Purple Cow effect – Seth Godin, the new media marketing guru defined the Purple Cow as something remarkable. Something that stands out from the crowd and worth noting. A great example is the screen shot of Windows 7 on the iPad. This picture was replicated and written about in hundreds of articles and blogs… because it was remarkable.

The Gizmodo post alone now has over 62,000 views and 520 comments. Early adopters will show friends & colleagues – The iPhone started the new phenomena of showing off your latest cool or useful app. Everyone with an iPad and Citrix Receiver will show it off.

Godin also makes the point that it’s not the best ideas that win, it’s the best ideas that spread, win. First impressions count – The iPad is beautiful, when prospects recognize they can also do work with it they will sell it to themselves.

The $500 entry price is low enough to justify for companies or many individuals. Peer envy – As more iPads show up in the workplace and they are put to work visibly and effectively, others will follow.

ClassroomM, a company specializing in training and programming solutions for Mac, iPhone and iPad, announces the addition of online iPhone and iPad training from one of the world’s leading authors and instructors in the field, Stephen Kochan. Divided into three courses and starting with the important basics, the training teaches the aspiring developer how to write iPhone and iPad applications. Featuring more than 28 hours of live instruction, the training is available to everyone and is delivered via live webcasts divided into lectures, two times per week.

“Students can now take advantage of the latest technology to learn in their home or office for a fraction of the cost of a university or training company class. I’ve been delighted by the response from my students, who take my classes from all over the world. I’m looking forward to expanding our offerings over the course of this year,” says Stephen Kochan, CEO and President of ClassroomM.

Kochan is the author of more than 10 books on C, Unix, Mac and iPhone programming, including the Amazon.com bestseller “Programming in Objective-C 2.0.” In his new iPhone and iPad training course, Kochan provides step-by-step instructions using webcasts so that students can participate live or view the recorded lessons in the convenience of their home or office. The online course provides students the time to read the text and try exercises before the next class. If the student misses a webcast, he can always view the recorded webcast, which is available for review up to six months after completing the course.

Unlike other iPhone/iPad training courses, Kochan’s course focuses on teaching Objective-C, the programming language for iPhone and iPad. Most other courses teach iPhone/iPad SDK and tutorial programs directly, without tapping into the depth of Objective-C language fundamentals and Foundation Framework. While many find it easy to follow the sample codes provided in other courses, when it comes to programming one’s own iPhone app, students often find that their shaky Objective-C background makes it hard to implement any customized feature.

Kochan’s iPhone and iPad training course is divided into three parts. Students can register for individual parts based on their experience, or for all three. The first part teaches how to program in Objective-C 2.0. In this part, Kochan, assumes some basic programming background and guides students through live demonstrations on how to write programs in Objective-C.

Using the knowledge from part one, in part two, Kochan teaches the Foundation framework in Objective-C. The Foundation framework defines a base layer of Objective-C classes for working with objects such as numbers, strings, arrays and dictionaries. Understanding the Foundation framework is critical to becoming a successful iPhone developer. In addition, part 2 of the course features an entire lecture devoted to memory management, a critical topic to understand in order to write leak-free applications.
